I’ve struggled with healthy eating on and off for many years and never quite found a balance of what worked for me.  Finally, I stumbled across “clean eating” by reading Tosca Reno’s “The Eat Clean Diet” and it really clicked for me!  The basics of eating clean include eating food in its most natural form, and cutting out all refined, processed foods.  It was an adjustment at first, but it just made so much sense and before you know it, the pounds were dropping off almost effortlessly!  This is a place to store my favourite recipes.  Many of them are from other blogs, and some are my own favourites that I’ve cleaned up a bit.  Enjoy!
